Engr. Roseller R. Balaod Vocational Instruction Supervisor

Engr Roseller Balaod is a mechanic and trained as Safety engineer in various training institutions. I posted some of his certificates that the trainees and the community may know the technical competence of Brod Roseller. He is very active in the charismatic movement and  a devoted farmer.
