On May 1. 2014, the Action for Skills Knowledge Education and Wellness Center is officially launched. Mayor Bernard A. Sepulveda of Borbon Cebu, delivered the keynote speech endorsing and supporting the effort of the community of Barangay Bongdo in partnering with ASKEDWELL CENTER to develop the farmers for sustainable agriculture and development. The center utilize TESDA's delivery mode of TECHNOLOGY-BASED COMMUNITY TRAINING for RURAL DEVELOPMENT which is deemed appropriate in view of the area where the center is located and the courses offered.
