TESDA TIP with Engr. Ramir Roble at Cagay

Engr. Roseller Balaod presenting parts of a four wheeled vehicle as a motivation to trainees to join the training programs. Trainees in Horticulture, Animal Production and Aquaculture are invited to join a free training on Driving. And Driving NC II trainees are required to plant trees, vegetables, and raise tilapia.
